Before you ask AI to create anything, take a moment to define who it’s for. Think of your audience as the lens that brings everything into focus. A response for a new supervisor will look very different from one for an experienced executive or a technical specialist. When you specify the audience’s experience level, role, and concerns, the AI can adjust tone, simplify or deepen explanations, and choose examples that actually resonate. Without that context, you may get something technically correct but not truly useful. With it, you get content that feels like it was designed just for them—clear, relevant, and ready to use.
